This simple and healthy tuna sandwich recipe is rich in flavor and it tastes even better if left in the fridge for a few hours to blend the flavors. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 rib of celery
1 small onion
2 (6 oz) cans of Tuna Packed in Water, drained
1/2 cup of Mayo
1/2 tsp of Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp of Dried Dill
1/4 tsp of Black Pepper
Salt to taste (optional)
Juice of half of lime
Lettuce and tomato for topping

1) In a bowl mix together the tuna, onion, celery, the mayo, mustard, dried dill, black pepper. and juice of half of lime.
2) Top your bread with tomato slices and crisp lettuce.
3) Enjoy!
