Ingredients
4 oz broccoli florets
1/2 small red apple
1 tbsp red onion
1 oz blueberries
1 tbsp dried cranberries
1/2 tbsp sunflower seeds
Salad dressing:
1 oz greek yoghurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp honey
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients.
Place other ingredients in a large bowl. Pour the dressing and toss gently to combine.
