Pan full of veggie fried rice is easiest , healthy and most satisfying food. Even left over rice can be used for this recipe. This recipe don’t use any type of Chinese sauces, yet tastes perfect!

Here are the ingredients:
———————PRESSURE COOKING THE RICE——————
Basmati Rice 1 cup (Soaked for 1/2 an hour)
1 tsp Oil(Gingelly oil /நல்லெண்ணெய் preferably)
1 tsp Salt
2 cups water

——————————FRYING VEGGIES———————————
1 tbsp Oil(Gingelly oil /நல்லெண்ணெய் preferably)
1 tbsp Garlic/பூண்டு
1 Onion/வெங்காயம்
1/2 cup Carrot/காரட்(1 normal sized Carrot)
1/2 cup Beans/பீன்ஸ்(10 to 15 beans)
1/4 cup Capsicum /குடை மிளகாய்
1/4 Spring onion whites(optional)
1/4 cup spring onion greens(optional)
Salt /உப்பு
1/2 tsp/as needed pepper powder/மிளகு தூள்
3 eggs/முட்டை

Notes:
+ Rice should be soaked not more than 30 mins otherwise rice will be mushy
+ Cool rice completely before adding it to the fried veggies. Seperate them before adding ifthey seems sticky after cooling
+ Fry the eggs & veggies till they get crisped one side
+ Add Pepper powder as needed according to your spice level
