One pan apple cinnamon baked oats
high in protein, easy to make and great for meal prep!

Ingredients (2-4 servings):

1 egg
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
1 medium apple, shredded
⅔ cup (150g) almond milk or any milk
1 cup (100g) rolled oats
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp nutmeg

Method:
1. Mix the all ingredients until well combined.
2. Bake in preheated to 180°C/350°F oven for 30 minutes or until the top begins to brown.
3. Let it cool at least 10 minutes. Servi with greek yogurt, drizzle with nut butter and extra cinnamon if desired.
4. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
