This started out as fermented garlic and ended up fermented Marmite yes I did say Marmite that’s the first time I actually like Marmite so to ferment our garlic we put the weight of the garlic by 2% of the weight of the garlic and that’s the volume of salt we added we submerged it

Underwater and left it ferment for a month fermented garlic is sweet it’s crunchy it’s crispy and it just tastes delicious as well as being so good for you so we decided let’s take this to the next level let’s combine it with black garlic with some of the fermented garlic

Some of the brine tahini lemon juice and salt and blend it up until super smooth the result was an incredibly complex taste that literally reminds us of Marmite like it’s incredible fermented healthy Marmite that is fascinating amazing complex Rich incredible
