We’re in our 50s and we constantly get asked how do we look and stay so young and we eat healthy I mean we laugh a lot but we also eat really healthy so here we got an avocado salad all organic we uh made avocado California rolls at home

With seaweed paper brown rice avocado in there we have uh also a little bit of of meat that we cooked in water not in oil lessen the fats in your diet and then we have the tamari sauce for the dipping of the Sushi California sushi rolls organic

And then topoo very low in sugar so we minimize the sugars we minimize the fats and we do our best to eat healthy but most importantly to stay young just laugh a lot
