Tahini Dates
8 pitted dates
1 tbsp tahini
1 tsp coconut
Note: I wouldn’t eat all of them at once, I would eat 3-4 🙂
Apricot Bites
1/2 cup dried apricots
1/3 cup cashews
1/3 coconut
Carrots and almond butter
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 medium carrots
1 tbsp almond butter
Berry Nut Bowl
1/3 cup berries
2 tbsp sliced almonds
almond milk
Strawberry Chocolate Trail Mix
1 cup almonds
1/4 cup freeze dried strawberries
2 tbsp dairy free chocolate chips
Curry Coconut Sweet Potato
1/2 small sweet potato
1 tbsp coconut butter
curry powder or turmeric
Collagen Matcha Latte
1 tsp matcha, I use Ippodo and its my fav
1 scoop collagen
1/4 cup hot water
1 cup almond milk, warmed or steamed
