A simple dinner recipe that feeds two!

Three tips to get started:

1. Use a small chicken so it cooks more thoroughly and you don’t have to cook for too long. Mine was about 900g because that’s the smallest I can find and I cooked for 1.5h!
2. Wash the chicken with salt and blanch for 1-2 mins in boiling water. This helps to clean the chicken and makes it taste better.
3. You can use normal rice instead of glutinous rice for the chicken stuffing.
