Kind of milk that you want and then we’re going to be adding in some vanilla protein powder for some protein okay color is amazing and it’s perfect consistency for a smoothie obviously not too thick not like a smoothie Bowl so let’s get into our glass and then we can enjoy it let’s be

We’re going to be using some Frozen watermelon it looks a little questionable but I promise it’s going to be fine it’s just really Frozen and then we got some frozen strawberries and the key ingredient is to use grapefruit Juice okay so our smoothies all Blended now we just have to garnish our glass cute ruby red smoothie it looks amazing and so refreshing it’s literally my favorite right now my gosh it’s so good it’s not too sweet you have to try it cheers today’s smoothie is actually
Going to be a smoothie bowl and it’s a super thick thick one it has blueberries and pineapple in it and I know you guys are going to love it so we have our frozen blueberries here and then we have Frozen pineapple a little bit of milk
