What i eat in a day when I am intermittent fasting 16/8 – My eating window is 12pm-8pm.
12.00 pm lunch, 5 pm light snack, 7 pm dinner with 32 baar formula (Chew food 32 times)
I drink 2-3 Liters of water to stay hydrated and get 30 mins of exercise (any kind) daily.
I follow mindful eating and chewing food 32 times before swallowing it
I believe, small changes make larger impact. Consistency is the key. Lets do this 🙂
