Episode 2 of Eating Healthy | Low Calorie Soup | Healthy DrumSticks Soup | Moringa Soup
Savoring the goodness of Moringa Magic in a bowl! This soup is extremely easy to make and tastes delicious. It is perfect for the days when you want to have something comforting and super healthy.
Ingredients :
Drum Sticks – 300 Grams
Carrot – 1 Medium
Tomato – 1 Medium
Ginger – 1 Inch
Water – 2.5 Cups
Salt to taste
Pepper – ¼ Tsp
Ghee – 1 Tsp
Method :
In a pressure cooker, add drumsticks, carrot, tomato, ginger and water and cook for 4 whistles.
Let the mixture cool, blend into puree and strain.
Put the strained soup back to the stove and add salt, pepper and ghee.
Serve Hot!
