Ingredients list:

– 1 1/2 cups of rolled oats.
– 2 Mashed ripe bananas .
– 1/3 cup of peanut butter (organic & no added sugar)
-1/4 cup chocolate chips.

Combine all the ingredients together throughly, shape piece by piece into balls, place on baking tray then flatten.

Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius/ 350 Fahrenheit.

To make this vegan then substitute the honey for maple syrup.
You can also substitute the chocolate chips for raisins or nuts.

For those with nut allergies then substitute the peanut butter for fairtrade chocolate.

If you don’t have a non-stick muffin tray to use then please grease your tray so the muffins don’t stick to the bottom, no one wants that!
