with me being the best
boyfriend in the world I’m going to be
me prepping my girlfriend’s food she
works as a nurse so she’s pretty much on
her feet all the time and without meal
prep she is most likely going to be
snacking on the cafeteria food like the
chocolates the muffins and everything so
she has requested 1,000 calories for the
entire day for breakfast it’s really
just a quick meal on the go which is why
we’re having a yogurt bowl that way she
doesn’t have to heat it up she doesn’t
have to do anything and that is me one
for lunch I think she gets a little bit
more time so we’ve been making Savory
oats for prep because it’s super easy
like you don’t have to do too much with
it like you can literally just throw it
into the microwave heat it up and it
turns out kind of like Cony so for this
one we are making a Juna kimchi Savory
oat recipe we’ll pack this as well some
to put on top for garnish lunch
is done because we didn’t have a lot of
protein custard muscle Nation protein
bar one of the best bars ever as
Snickers because you’re not you when
you’re hungry and also maybe just one of
these because it’ll remind her she’s on
her period soon and
