dude are you going to eat all that for lunch yeah what happened nothing seems like a lot are you skipping dinner then no I’m having rice paneer and veggies for dinner well maybe you can eat like that because you exercise a lot not really my exercise is actually quite basic I eat three balanced meals in a day and when I eat I actually get full so I don’t really crave or feel like snacking as much okay so it looks like you’re eating more than me but when in reality you’re probably eating fewer calories exactly and eating this way I’m way more likely to be in a calorie deficit and stick to it
