I’m back with another balanced what I eat in a day! Details: 👇🏼

Breakfast: Raspberry Peach Protein shake using TrueFit Protein Powder! (Has 25g grass-fed protein and prebiotics + probiotics for gut health— one of the best protein powders I’ve tried!)

Lunch: Chicken wrap on a low carb tortilla, laughing cow cheese, light italian dressing and some almonds, then grapes on the side

Dinner: Easy Greek Bowl using Mediterranean chicken skewers, jasmine rice, veggies, tzatziki sauce and some feta.

Ended the day at 1487 cals and 113g protein. I’m currently maintaining by eating what i ate while losing weight a few times a week (like this post) and intuitively the others.
