so this Sunday night I want another Ice Cream Sandwich and I was craving two soft and chewy chocolate lava cookies with a layer of vanilla ice cream in between and for this one I made a mulch and chocolate center from homemade gache justed the top with powdered sugar and the cookies are soured though and naturally fermented they’re good healthy and it baked out perfect
