INGREDIENTS:

– 2 cups boiled  pasta
– 1 orange bell pepper
– 1 yellow  bell pepper
– 1 cup diced cucumber
– 1 cup Baby plum tomatoes
– 300g of baked chicken
– 1 small or 1/ 2 red onion, finely chopped

DRESSING:
-1 cup plain Greek yoghurt
– 2 tablespoons  fresh lemon juice
– 2tablespoon Sriracha sauce
– 1 tablespoon of finely chopped Parsley
– 2 cloves of freshly pressed garlic powder
– Black pepper & salt to taste
