Welcome back to my channel! Today, I’m sharing a delicious and healthy recipe that’s perfect for any meal of the day. This Low-Calorie Baked Cheese and Tomato Delight is high in protein and full of flavor.

**Ingredients:**
– 250 g Körniger Frischkäse Light (cottage cheese)
– 80 g Gratinkäse Light (grated cheese)
– 2 eggs (104g)
– Knobilicious* Kräutersalz* (herb salt)

**Toppings:**
– 150 g tomatoes
– 1 handful of arugula
– A bit of basil
– 3 sprays of lemon oil spray*
– Salt and pepper to taste

**Instructions:**
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F) top/bottom heat.
2. Mix the cottage cheese, grated cheese, eggs, and herb salt together in a bowl.
3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning.
4. Let it cool for 5 minutes, then add your toppings: tomatoes, arugula, basil, and a few sprays of lemon oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
