🍎 Apple Cinnamon “Smoothie Cereal” – A mash up of cereal w/ milk and a yogurt bowl. Basically a deconstructed smoothie that ya just mix together! I enjoy the texture better and it’s an easy and convenient way to get the bod’ carbs, fat and protein! Apple was chosen cause that’s what’s in season!

🍴 Leftover Veg – Low-key love these as a snack! I think they taste better cold and they’re perf for when I just need a light snack to get me through till I can break for a lunch- I’ll still be hungry enough to enjoy lunch

🥗 Dill pickle chopped salad- We made this as part of Food Prep Friday in @the_socieaty (we pick one recipe each week to make together as a community; preppin’ ahead for the week as an act of self-care) If you like those chopped salad kits you’ll loooooove this!

🥄 Afternoon snacks – Some ‘nilla wafers for a lil somethin’ sweet- had them leftover from making banana pudding! Then something a bit more filling later, an orange and mini Clif bar. These are the perf size to pair with something else if ya need something more filling than just the bar

🥪 Balsamic pear flatbreads + zucchini- This is a STAPLE RECIPE! Ugh- so easy and so good. Cooks in under 10 minutes and makes me feel supa’ fancy pants (with like no effort) then the hubs grilled zucchini on the side (getting all I can while it’s still in season!)

🥣 Death by chocolate trifle – I got hungry later on and needing something more filling than just dessert so I opted for one of these new Built bar puff. I usually don’t love this marshmallow type ones but this was REAL good, I was shocked I liked it! [10% off with affiliate code NOFOODRULES10]
