– Basil leaves handful
– Coriander Leaves Handful
– Cashews 7-8
– Garlic clove 3-4
– Onion
-Mushrooms
– Carrots
– Capsicum
– Boiled rice

– Chilli flakes, salt, Oregano

Instructions
1. To make the corainder sauce blend together basil leaves, garlic, coriander leaves, cashews.
2. Sautee vegetables in a pan and add the prepared coriander sauce, next add salt, pepper, chilli flakes as per the taste. To achieve a thick consistency next add beaten curd, keep stirring and cook on low flame for 30-45 seconds and serve it with the rice.
