Cheesy Vegetable Sandwich

Ingredients
Bread
Butter
Mint Chutney
To Make Filling
Onion – 1 No. Finely Chopped
Tomato – 1 No. Deseeded & Finely Chopped
Green Capsicum – 1 No. Finely Chopped
Red Capsicum – 1 No. Finely Chopped
Salt – 1/4 Tsp
Chaat Masala – 1 Tsp
Mint Chutney – 2 Tsp
Mayonnaise – 1 Cup
Chili Flakes – 1 Tsp
To Make Cheese Sauce
Butter – 1/2 Tsp
Milk – 1/4 Cup
Processed Cheese – 75 gms
Method:
In a bowl, add mayonnaise, chopped vegetables, chaat masala, mint chutney, salt, chilli flakes, and mix well
Take a bread slice and spread butter evenly and spread mint chutney
Place the vegetable filling and place another layer of bread with butter and mint chutney on both sides
Place another layer of vegetable filling and cover it with a bread slice with butter and mint chutney
Heat a grill pan with some butter
Place the sandwich onto it and grill it till the sandwich is grilled on both the sides
Cut the sandwich into bite-sized pieces
Heat a pan with some butter, add the cheese, milk and heat it on a low flame
Pour the cheese onto the sandwich pieces
Top it with some chilli flakes and serve it hot.
Chicken Sandwich

To Cook The Chicken
Water
Chicken – 200 Gms
Salt
Pepper
Italian Seasoning – 1/4 Tsp (Optional)
Garlic – 2 Nos (Pound)
To Make Chicken Filling
Olive Oil – 2 Tsp
Garlic – 1 Tsp Chopped
Onion – 1/2 Cup Chopped
Yellow Capsicum – 1/4 Cup
Green Capsicum – 1/2 Cup
Shredded Chicken
Salt – 1/4 Tsp
Pepper
Chicken Stock
Italian Seasoning – 1/2 Tsp
Mayonnaise – 1/4 Cup
Red Chili Sauce – 1 Tbsp

Method:
1. Pressure cook the chicken with garlic cloves, crushed pepper, salt
2. Let the chicken come to room temperature, shred the chicken and keep them aside
3. Heat a pan with butter or oil, add garlic, onions and saute them
4 .Add green capsicum, red capsicum, celery and saute
5. Add the shredded chicken pieces, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning
6. Mix everything well and keep it aside
7. Take the mayonnaise in a bowl, add red chili sauce and mix well
8. Now mix the chicken mixture and coriander leaves into the mayonnaise
9. Take a bread slice, spread the chicken mayo mixture onto the bread
10. Cover it with another slice of bread
11. Heat a grill pan with some butter
12. Place the sandwich onto it and grill it till the sandwich is grilled on both the sides
13. Serve it hot with some ketchup and chips
Masala Toast | Bombay Masala Toast

Ingredients
Potatoes – 4
Cumin seeds – 1/2 Tsp
Chopped Ginger – 1 Tbsp
Green chilies – 2
Coriander leaves
Garam masala – 1 Tsp
Onions – 1No
Pav bhaji masala powder – 1 Tsp
Capsicum
Tomato
Onion
Chat masala powder
Green chutney
Cheese
Lemon juice
Sev
Oil
Salt
Method
Aloo Masala
1.Heat a kadai with some oil, add in cumin seeds
2. Add ginger, onions, and green chilies and saute them
3. Add salt, garam masala, pav bhaji masala powder and give it a mix
4. Add boiled and roughly mashed potatoes and saute
5. Finally add lemon juice and coriander leaves and turn off the stove and keep this aside
Masala Toast
1. To make the masala toast, apply some butter on one side of the bread slice and apply some green chutney
2. Add a thick layer of the aloo masala
3. Add onions, tomatoes, capsicum and the spice powders
4. Add grated cheese and close it with another slice of bread
5. Grill the sandwich or toast it with some butter till you get golden brown color on both sides
6. Cut it into pieces and garnish it with sev and serve hot veg sandwich recipe
