Ingredients:
400g all-purpose flour or fine spelt
100g fine whole wheat flour or whole rye flour
10 tbsp quick-cooking oats
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp flaxseeds
2 tbsp chia seeds
0.5 tps dry yeast
1 tsp salt
5 dl water
Bake at 200°C (392°F) for 35 minutes.
