Falafel Wrap:
Ingredients:
4-6 falafel patties (store-bought or homemade)
2 tablespoons mashed avocado
some lettuce
1 tomato, sliced
1/4 onion, thinly sliced
1-2 wraps (whole wheat)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Bake the Falafel: Preheat your air fryer for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
-Prepare the Wrap: Lay your wrap flat on a clean surface.
-Add the Avocado: Spread 2 tablespoons of mashed avocado evenly on the wrap.
-Assemble the Vegetables: Add a layer of lettuce, followed by slices of tomato and thinly sliced onions.
-Add the Falafel: Once the falafel is cooked, place the patties on top of the vegetables.
Season: Add salt and pepper to taste.
Wrap It Up: Carefully fold the sides of the wrap inward, then roll it up tightly.
Serve: Cut the wrap in half and enjoy!
