Today episode is a very flavorful delicious and healthy low carb recipe! This dish truly is packed with flavor and so satisfying.

Ingredients:
Turkey Meat Sauce:
2 lbs Ground Turkey
1 8oz Can Tomato Sauce
2 Tablespoons of Tomato Paste
1/2 Cup Onions
4 Fresh Garlic Cloves minced
1/2 Cup Red Bell Pepper
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons of water or more if needed.
Adobo to taste
Black Pepper to Taste
Sazon to taste
Ground Oregano to taste
Spaghetti Squash
Use any size you want I used 1 1/2 lb.
Optional: Topping Mozzarella cheese
COOK NOTES:
▪Cut the Spaghetti Squash long lengthwise.
▪It’s easier to cut open the spaghetti Squash once its baked and fully cooked.
