Welcome back for another video. In today’s video I share how to make easy and healthy breakfast sandwich recipes. Once you have the prep work out of the way, the sandwiches take less than 5 minutes to assemble.
These are also great for when you are meal prepping your breakfasts. The sandwiches and their ingredients and written below. Please add salt and pepper according to your individual preferences.

1. Poached Egg Sandwich:
Whole wheat bread
Hummus
Assorted salad leaves
Poached egg
Sliced Mozarella balls
Sliced cherry tomatoes
Sliced Radishes
Sliced Cucumbers
Assorted Micro-greens
Balsamico

2. Turmeric Hummus with Summer Salad:
To make yellow Hummus, add turmeric and chopped carrots to regular hummus. Blend well.
Whole wheat bread
Turmeric hummus
Lamb’s Lettuce
Thinly sliced and quartered Tangerines
Sliced cucumbers
Assorted micro-greens
Edible flowers
Hemp seeds
3. Summer Shrimp Sandwich:
To make pink Hummus, add red grapes and chopped red cabbage to regular hummus. Blend well.

Pink hummus
Mixed salad
Sliced tomatoes (regular or heirloom varieties)
Sliced cucumbers
Thinly sliced and quartered Tangerines
Boiled and salted shrimps
Assorted micro-greens

4. Smoked Salmon Sandwich:
