Healthy meals I had for dinner the past couple weeks on a calorie deficit. As you can see, I eat very similarly every day because it just makes my life easier. I’m a big fan of sticking to what works, what hits the nutrition I need and what I actually like to eat, then I don’t have to think about it too much every day. I also like to make a bunch of stuff at one time so there’s leftovers…not quite meal prepping but kinda.
So like, I’ll make a big vat of tuna salad or like a bunch of grilled chicken at once and then I can mix and match what I want that day. Salad bar vibes. I dunno. I’m trying. Ok love you bye.
