Ingredients

1-Rajma-120gm

2-Besan-25gm

3-Onion-40gm

4-Carrot-30gm

5-Mint and Coriander leaves-handful

6-Chili-as per taste

7-Haldi-1/4th tsp

8-Jeera powder-1tsp

9-Salt-as per taste

10-Oil-to grease the tawa

Method

1-Wash and soak rajma, pressure cook it until 4-5 whistle came. 

2-Now add cooked rajma into mixer jar, add garlic cloves and grind it. (Don’t add any water while grinding). 

3-Now add chopped veggies and spices, salt and besan, mix well. 

4-Give cutlet shape. 

5-Grease the tawa and cook the cutlets both sides in slow flame for 5-8 mins.

6-Serve these healthy high protein cutlets with Greek yogurt dip and salad.
