Ingredients:
200 grams Shirataki rice
1 cup Coconut Milk
1/4 cup Cocoa powder unsweetened
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (no added sugar)
1/4 cup Monk fruit sweetener (or any keto approved sweetener)
1/4 teaspoon himalayan salt
1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
optional – 1/2 teaspoon home made low carb condensed milk. click for how to do it:
Instructios:
Put coconut milk in a pot: bring to a boil.
Put-in Shirataki rice, stir and let it boil for a few minutes.
Stir in the cocoa powder, Chocolate chips, sugar and salt into the rice; reduce heat to low, continue cooking, stirring occasionally. Add almond milk to the mixture and stir to combine. Serve hot. Put a little bit of home made low carb Condensed milk (optional)
