Gardening during winter means lots of leafy greens, citrus and root vegetables. In this video I picked salad from the backyard garden – lettuce, mizuna, three radish varieties. lemon and edible flowers. I also broiled fish and dressed them up with herbs from the herb garden – thyme, rosemary and lemon verbena.
