✨ 10 Snack Recipes for Kids : Part 4 – Banana Cookies 🍪

📝Ingredients:
1. 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds mixed with 2 tablespoon water
2. 2 medium bananas mashed
3. ½ teaspoon vanilla (optional)
4. 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp oats
5. 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
6. Nuts, seeds and dry fruits of choice. I am adding some pumpkin seeds (optional)

Instructions
1. Mix chia seeds with water and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
2. In a bowl mash the bananas, add in the soaked chia seeds, vanilla and mix well.
3. Add oats and whole wheat flour and nuts and seeds if using.
4. Mix well to form a dough.
5. Scoop out the batter and place on a lined and greased baking tray.
6. Use wet hands to flatten it out to form cookie shape
7. Bake in preheated oven or air fryer at 180 degrees Celsius
1. for 20-25 mins in oven
2. For 10-15 minutes in air fryer.

Notes:
1. The cookies have a soft texture
2. Store in an airtight container for 2-3 days, or in fridge for a week.
