This easy and delicious recipe is great for replacing traditional bread. It’s flourless (gluten-free), very rich in fiber and protein, and contains slow-absorbing carbohydrates. It helps keep hunger at bay for longer and is super versatile for breakfast or a snack. This lentil bread will help your healthy eating with great flavor and practicality. 📋 INGREDIENTS:
– 1 cup of lentils
– 2 eggs
– 0.7 oz / 20 ml olive oil (1 ½ tablespoons)
– 3.5 oz / 100 g plain, unsweetened yogurt (about ½ cup)
– 1.8 oz / 50 g cheese (about ½ cup shredded)
– 0.2 oz / 5 g baking powder (1 teaspoon)
– Salt and cumin to taste
– Sesame seeds to taste (optional)

Bake at 360 ºF / 180 ºC for approximately 30 minutes.

Yields 10 servings, each with approximately 123 calories, 12g of carbohydrates (6g of fiber), 8g of protein, and 4g of fat.
