Recipe BELOW:
Preheat oven to 425º
1 lb of mini gold potatoes (chopped in half and scored)
1/4 cup melted butter
½ tsp garlic
½ tsp Italian seasoning
⅓ cup parmesan for paste
¼ cup parmesan for topping
(mix all that into a paste in 8×8 oven safe dish or something close to that size)
Place potatoes snugly into cheesy paste. Sprinkle the rest of the parmesan over potatoes and bake for 35 minutes
