Zucchini Tagliatelle with Tomatoes & Garlic
– 2 Zucchinis
– Handful of Tomatoes
– 2 Garlic Cloves
– Oil to fry
– Salt and Pepper
– Grates Cheese (optional)
Directions:
Ribbon-up your zucchini with a veg peeler. Cut up the stalk into small pieces. Slice the garlic thinly. Cut up the tomatoes. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry garlic and the cut up zucchini. Add the ribbons and last the tomatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste. When soft serve. Grate cheese over the dish if you want. Serve.
