Recipe Below 👇 Pumpkin Spice Pancake Bowls 🎃

Ingredients per 1 serving (multiply by the number of servings you plan to make)
* ��1 egg
* ��40 g plain Greek or vanilla yogurt
* ��60 ml milk (almond or any milk)
* ��35g all-purpose flour OR 35g oat flour OR 45g almond flour OR 10g coconut flour
* ��25 g vanilla protein powder
* ��30 g pumpkin puree (about 2 tbsp)
* ��1 tsp honey or maple syrup
* ��1/4 tsp baking powder
* ��1/2 tsp cinnamon
* 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Topping:
– 60g vanilla yogurt
– 2 pecans
– dash of cinnamon

Mix everything together until there are no lumps!

Air-fry for 20mins at 150c/300f. I’m using my @cosori.uk brand new Turbo Tower airfryer!! It takes up little counter space but has a 10.8 litre capacity!

Orange Chicken: 🍗
Marinade
– ��600g Chicken Breast
– ��½ tsp baking powder
– ��4 tbsp Diet orange juice
– ��1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
– ��1 tsp ground black pepper
– ��I tbsp cornstarch
– ��I tsp garlic, minced 1 tsp ginger

Orange sauce
– ��1/3 cup fresh orange juice (diet)
– ��1 tbsp soy sauce
– ��1/4 cup rice vinegar (optional)
– 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
– 2 tsp orange zest
– 1tsp minced garlic
– 1 tsp minced ginger
– 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
– drizzle of honey
Top with sesame seeds and spring onion
