Ingredients :

– 2 cups rolled oats
– 4 tablespoons chia seeds
– 3 – 4 tablespoons brown sugar ( light, regular, or dark )
– 1 cup mashed banana ( about 2 ripe bananas )
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 pinch salt
– ¼ teaspoon cinnamon, or more as desired
– 2 cups milk ( any kind, including non – dairy or water )

Instructions :

1 – In a large bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, brown sugar, mashed bananas, cinnamon, salt, vanilla extract, and milk. Stir until fully combined .
2 – Cover the bowl or divide into jars. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until thickened and creamy .
3 – Before serving, stir well and add toppings like fresh banana slices, granola, or maple syrup if desired .

Notes :

Use ripe bananas for better flavor and sweetness. Recipe works best with rolled oats, not quick oats. Optional toppings include fruit, granola, or maple syrup .
