Matar and Aate ki tikki

Ingredients
200g Fresh Matar (Without boil)
2 Green Chilli
2″ Ginger in pieces
4-5 Garlic Cloves (Optional)
1/2 Cup Wheat Flour
1/2 Cup Rice Flour
1 tbsp Whole Coriander
1 medium size chopped Onion
1 medium size chopped Tomato
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Chilli Flex
1 tbsp white Sesame (Til)
1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Salt as per taste
Oil for shallow/deep frying

Method
In a mixer grinder add fresh green peas, green chilli, ginger, Whole Coriander, garlic cloves and grind roughly without water.
In a bowl green peas paste and mix atta, rice flour, til, Chilli Flex, chopped onion, chopped tomato, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, salt, lemon juice, everything well to form a soft dough.
Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round, flat tikki.
Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Shallow fry the tikkis until golden brown and crispy from both sides.
Serve hot with green chutney, peanut chutney, or any dip of your choice.
