curd/ yogurt – 1/2 cup
walnuts (chopped) – 15-20
dates (pitted and chopped) – 8-10
banana (over ripe) – 2 medium
eggs – 2 no.
olive oil – 3-4 tbsp
vanilla essence – 1/2 tsp
