• 4 oz part-skim mozzarella, cubed or shredded
• ¾ cup banana peppers, chopped
• ½ medium white sweet onion, finely diced
• 6 tbsp light mayo (can sub oil if you prefer but calories will be different)
• ½ cup Wickles sandwich spread (or any hoagie spread but Wickles is superior)
• Red wine vinegar, to taste
• Dried oregano, salt & pepper, to taste
