So here’s the honest take:
❌ ASS if you’re trying to replace a real bagel.
✅ GAS if you treat it as a higher-protein bread option or snack.
INGREDIENTS (Makes 4)
• 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 egg (for egg wash)
• Everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
2. Form into dough. If sticky, lightly flour your hands.
3. Divide into 4 pieces and shape into bagels.
4. Brush with egg wash and add seasoning.
5. Bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes.
