Garden Fresh Salad is a vibrant bowl of crisp greens, fresh fruits and delicate edible flowers. Light, refreshing and naturally beautiful, this salad brings together sweet apples, peppery radishes and tender greens, finished with a simple apple cider honey dressing. Perfect as a healthy side, a light lunch or a refreshing starter.
Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
Base:
4 cups mixed greens (arugula + baby spinach + spring mix)
1 apple (thinly sliced — green or honeycrisp works well)
4–5 radishes (very thinly sliced)
¼ cup microgreens (optional but recommended)
¼ cup edible flowers (pansies, nasturtiums, calendula, violas)
Method:-
Wash and dry greens thoroughly.
Slice apples thin (leave peel on for color).
Slice radishes paper-thin for delicate crunch.
Add greens to a wide bowl.
Layer apples and radishes evenly.
Scatter edible flowers gently on top.
Add seeds/nuts if using.
Drizzle dressing just before serving.

3 tbsp olive oil
1½ tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp honey
½ tsp Dijon
Pinch salt
