Ragi Ambli 😋

💁🏻‍♀️ Ingredients –

2 tbsp ragi flour

3/4 cup water

2 cups water

1 cup curd

3 cups water

Salt, to taste

1 small onion, chopped (optional)

1 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped

💁🏻‍♀️ For tempering –

1 tsp ghee

1/2 tsp mustard seeds

1/2 tsp cumin seeds

3/4 tsp ginger, finely chopped

1-2 green chillies, finely chopped

Curry leaves

💁🏻‍♀️ Instructions –

– Mix 2 tbsp ragi flour and 3/4 cup water and mix well. Once done, heat 2 cups of water in a pan. When it comes to a boil, add the ragi flour slurry and keep whisking. Make sure there are no lumps.

– Cool for 4-5 minutes and keep aside to cool down.

– In a bowl, add curd, water and whisk it well. Add the cooled ragi mixture, salt and whisk well. Add a tadka of cumin seeds, mustard seeds, ginger, green chillies and curry leaves. Mix well.

– Add onions, coriander and enjoy.
