– INGREDIENTS –

Cod – 1 lb
Green leaf lettuce 
Salt 
Black pepper
Onion powder
Yellow mustard
Lemon 
Olive oil

– INSTRUCTIONS –

Season both sides of cod with:

Salt – 1/2 tsp 
Black pepper – sprinkle
Onion powder -1/4 tsp
Yellow mustard – 1 tsp

Place it on baking tray with parchment paper.
Bake on 425 F for 20 min.

* Tip:

– Use digital meat thermometer to bake your fish to the perfection

Chop 4-5 leafs of green lettuce.
Add it to the mixing bowl.
Sprinkle salt and black pepper.
Squeeze lemon juice.
Add 1 tbsp of olive oil.
Mix it in.
