My top Three Healthy breakfast recipes which are easy,quick and takes just few mins to prepare .

Pear Smoothie:

Pear-1
Flax seed powder-1 tbsp
Yogurt-1 tbsp
Cocoa-1 tsp
water-1 cup or desired
Almond -10 (without skin)

Wash and Peal pear skin
Add chopped pear, cocoa,almond,flax seed powder,yogurt,water in food processor and blend it.

Omelette recipe :

Egg-2
Water- 2 tbsp
Salt
Onion-3 tbsp
Capsicum-2 tbsp
carrot-2 tbsp
Pepper-1 tbsp

Add egg, water in bowl and whisk it well
Add chopped onion,carrot,capsicum,salt,pepper and whisk well until combined.
Heat wide flat non stick pan, brush it with oil
Once hot add the beaten egg and cook with lid on for about 8 mins.
Serve it warm with carrot for healthy morning!

Ragi Pan cake:

Egg-1
Raisin-20
Banana-2
Buttermilk-1/2 cup
Sugar- optional
water-1/4 cup
oil-1 tbsp
Ragi-1 cup
Baking powder-1 tsp

Blend – egg,buttermilk,raisin,banana
In bowl add ragi, baking powder and then the blended mixture.
Heat pan with brushing oil all over it, once hot pour the batter with the help of laddle.
Cook until bubbles form all over it and then flip the other side.
Serve pan cake by drizzling honey and butter
