Ingredients:
-4 Cups Kodiak Buttermilk Pancake Mix (480g)
-3 Cups Unsweetened Almond Milk (720mL)
-4 Large Eggs
-3 Tbsp Sugar-Free Sweetener
-1 lb Turkey Sausage (454g raw)
-12 Slices Center Cut Bacon (12 oz package)
-2 Cups Reduced-Fat Cheddar Cheese (224g)
-1/4 Cup Sugar-Free Syrup (60mL)
Instructions:
1.) Preheat oven to 375°F and grease 9×13 dish.
2.) Cook sausage and bacon; chop.
3.) Whisk pancake mix, milk, eggs, and sweetener.
4.) Fold in sausage, bacon, and cheese.
5.) Pour into dish, drizzle syrup, bake 30–40 min until set.
6.) Cool, slice into 6, and enjoy or store.
