Protein chocolate granola:

SALMON SANDWICH FILLER:
1 tin wild-cought salmon
3-4 tbsp greek yoghurt
2 tbsp jalapeño brine
1-2 tbsp jalapenos
2–3 tbsp finely grated parmesan
1 tsp honey
5 cherry tomatoes
fresh dill & basil
pinch of salt and pepper

Serve in a toasted pitta, in a grain bowl or as a snack with crackers
