Delicious cheesy potato pancake!

Ingredients:
500g of potato
1 cup shredded low fat mozzarella
1 cup flour
1egg
Pinch of dill and salt
1tsp of baking powder

Butter for topping.

Tips:
Add more flour when rolling the dough, as it may stick, or use your hands to shape it into a perfect circle.
