Ingredients:

1/2 carrot, 1/2 zucchini, mushrooms, spring salad (or any veggies from your fridge) 🥕🥒🍄

Sauce:

1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp gochujang

How-to:

Steam all veggies (except spring salad) for 10 minutes in one pot ⏱️

Place veggies over rice and top with a fried egg 🍳
