Lmk if you try! 🍋‍🟩🌮🌶️ Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas Ingredients: 3ish bell peppers 1 yellow onion 2 chicken breasts 1 TBSPish Olive oil Taco seasoning Fat free fajita sauce 1 cup FF Greek yogurt 1 TBSP taco seasoning Instructions: Preheat your oven to 400° Slice your bell peppers & onion. Cut chicken into strips Toss on a sheet pan with olive oil & taco seasoning Bake for 35-40 minutes mixing half way through. If you’re using raw chicken (unlike me in this video) bake until chicken is cooked through 165°) Serve with tortillas or on top of a salad and garnish with cilantro & lime I’m pretty good at eyeballing my macros after years of tracking but when I am tracking I usually do 4 oz chicken, 2 oz Greek yogurt, estimate .5 TBSP oil, and 1-2 tortillas depending on my needs that day!!
