In this video, I’m showing you how I spend just 30 minutes (split into two quick 15-minute sessions) to prep a week’s worth of delicious, healthy lunches that you’ll actually look forward to eating.

We’re keeping things simple and budget-friendly. I’ll show you how to prep a big batch of high-protein, anti-inflammatory Golden Soup and a super easy ‘daily bread’ to go with it. We also put together some mix-and-match salad bowls using quinoa cooked in homemade stock, roasted veggies, and easy proteins like tuna, eggs, and cottage cheese. It’s all about variety without the extra effort!
