RECIPES, MACROS & PRICE PER SERVING
🍳Egg Bar (makes 6)
96 kcal | 12.5g Protein | 3.2g Carbs | 4.7g Fat | 13g/100cal | £0.50
• 2 whole eggs
• 200g egg whites
• 6 heck chicken sausages
• red pepper
• spinach
• salt, pepper, mixed herb, paprika
Oven bake for 30 mins @ 180 degrees
Keep for 3-4 days in the fridge
🍫Brownie Bar (makes 6)
145 kcal | 10.2g Protein | 17.7g Carbs | 3.7g Fat | 7g/100cal | £0.40
• 1 banana (100g)
• 80g oats
• 30g chocolate protein powder
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp honey
• 200ml almond milk
• 25g cocoa powder
• 30g dark chocolate chips
Oven bake for 40 mins @ 180 degrees
Keep for 5-7 days in the fridge
🍗Chicken Patty (makes 10)
57 kcal | 11g Protein | 0.5g Carbs | 1.5g Fat | 19g/100cal | £0.30
• 500g %5 fat chicken mince
• 1 shallot
• 1 tsp garlic
• 1 tsp chilli
• paprika, salt, pepper, mixed herb
Pan fry both sides for 5-7 mins until fully cooked
Keep for 3-4 days in the fridge

200-250 kcal | 8-12g Protein | 4-5g/100cal | £1.00-£2.00
